We're looking for a hunter—someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline, and bringing new clients into the fold. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of leads and meetings, enabling sales executives to drive deals to close. If you have an agency or brand background and understand how marketers evaluate talent, partnerships and entertainment-driven campaigns, this role was built for you. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and qualify new business across brand marketing, agency, entertainment, sports, and licensing organizations.Build and execute targeted outreach campaigns designed to attract and connect with ideal clients.Engage senior stakeholders (VP/Director level) by communicating the value of our tools through multi-touch campaigns (email, Linkedin).Maintain clear and actionable activity in CRM and hand off well-qualified opportunities to the Head of Business Development.Stay sharp on cultural, entertainment, and brand-marketing trends to enhance your rapport. Ideal CandidateBachelor’s degree1–2+ years in sales/business development or agency/brand/partnerships role Strong grasp of brand marketing, celebrity/influencer/endorser ecosystems, and entertainment-driven marketingConsultative, curious, and credible in conversations with senior marketing, insights and entertainment leadersHighly organized with strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and graphic tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Illustrator) a plus Why This RoleYou're selling cultural intelligence, not generic software—conversations are strategic, not transactionalProducts trusted by the world's leading brands, agencies, and studiosClear growth path into Account Executive or Strategic Sales rolesCompetitive base salary, commissions on conversions, high visibility, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial teamAnnual starting at $35,000-$39,500 (based on experience) plus a commission plan.
