Your Role With Us:
Specialty Clinic Surgery Coordinator
Schedule surgeries and procedures as directed by the physicians according to established hospital policies. Perform a variety of clerical and record-keeping task related to the patients surgery, procedure, and/or pre-operative testing.
Instruct patients regarding surgery schedule, preparation, and insurance issues.

Background/Expertise:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate Degree preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of medical office experience
Minimum of one (1) year of EMR experience required
A thorough understanding of insurances which includes medical policies and authorization process preferred
