Job Title: Java ArchitectExperience: 14+ YearsLocation: RemoteDuration: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Java applications.Define and drive the overall technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability.Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectural patterns.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Establish architecture standards, design principles, coding guidelines, and development best practices.Design and review High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), solution blueprints, and technical documentation.Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance to ensure quality and compliance.Drive application modernization initiatives, including migration from monolithic systems to microservices and cloud platforms.Architect and implement RESTful APIs, event-driven solutions, and distributed systems.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve system efficiency and innovation.Ensure application security by implementing authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.Partner with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.Collaborate with database architects to design efficient, secure, and high-performing data solutions.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, technical leads, and junior engineers.Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve complex architectural challenges.Support Agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimations.Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Drive continuous improvement through architecture assessments, performance tuning, and technology roadmaps.Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise application architecture and strategic technology initiatives.
