This role is ideal for an experienced RN who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and preparing the next generation of nursing professionals.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered NurseRN with a Master's in Nursing Education (MSN), orRN with a Bachelor's degree currently pursuing an MSN in Nursing Education(Selected candidate may enroll in an MSN program upon hire)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver theory instruction aligned with course outcomesDevelop and maintain instructional materialsAssess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedbackMaintain accurate student recordsFoster a safe, positive, and professional learning environmentCollaborate with faculty on curriculum development and program improvementProvide student advisement and academic supportDeliver lab and clinical instruction, including pre- and post-clinical discussionsSupport additional program needs, including classroom, lab, or clinical coverageCompensation & BenefitsComprehensive health benefits14 paid federal holidays (per CBA)14 vacation days, 3 personal days, and 18 sick days annuallyTuition support for MSN coursework (per CBA approval)If you're passionate about nursing education and making a lasting impact on students, we encourage you to apply.
