The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship or brings substantial hands-on experience in one or more trades, including plumbing, carpentry, framing, concrete finishing, drywall installation, electrical work, HVAC, or construction management.This role involves executing construction plans with accuracy, complying with all safety standards, and delivering high-quality craftsmanship on commercial projects.Key Responsibilities• Technical Execution: Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and schematics to plan and execute work, including measuring, cutting, and shaping materials.• Trade Specific Work: Perform skilled tasks such as framing, installing fixtures, laying concrete, bricklaying, or installing electrical/HVAC systems.• Site Preparation & Maintenance: Setup scaffolding, erect temporary structures, and operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts or jackhammers.• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and client specifications.• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.• Teamwork & Leadership: Work collaboratively with other trades, mentor apprentices, and take direction from supervisors.Qualifications & Skills• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a specialized construction trade (carpentry, masonry, electrical, etc.).• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program is highly preferred.• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and power tools.• Physical Ability: Ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50-80 lbs, climbing, kneeling, and standing for long periods.• Licensing: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and clients.Required Tools/Certifications• Per trade, if applicable.
