Masters Level Community Mental Health Therapist – Statewide (Bloomington Area Focus) Blue Kite Wellness Location: Statewide (must be willing to relocate to the Bloomington, IL area) Pay: Master’s Level: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour 4-Letter Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC): $60.00 – $70.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time (25–30 hours per week, flexible schedule) About Blue Kite Wellness At Blue Kite Wellness, we believe healing begins with compassionate, accessible, and relationship-centered care. We are a trauma-informed, family-focused mental health practice dedicated to helping children, teens, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. We are hiring Community Mental Health Therapists across Illinois, with a focus on the Bloomington, IL area. Applicants must be willing to relocate. What We Offer Competitive pay: $45–$55/hour for master's level clinicians ; $60-70/hour for 4 letter licensed clinicians + experience Supervision opportunities for fully licensed clinicians Flexible scheduling within a 25–30 hour work week Paid direct service hours and mileage reimbursement Comprehensive training and ongoing clinical supervision Schedule Requirements Available between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (after-school hours) Weekend availability (based on client needs) Responsibilities Provide home-based and community-based therapy for children, teens, and families (telehealth options available) Address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and self-harm Use strength-based, evidence-informed approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused care) Collaborate with families to support emotional regulation and safety planning Complete documentation within 24–48 hours of sessions Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings Respond to crises using de-escalation and emergency support techniques Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Experience working with children or families impacted by mental health challenges Active or provisional licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT preferred) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Willing to relocate to Bloomington, IL Why Join Blue Kite Wellness Flexible scheduling for work-life balance Supportive, inclusive team culture Meaningful work making a direct impact on children and families Growth opportunities through supervision and training Blue Kite Wellness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
