Financial Operations Specialist

ResponsibilitiesFocusing on day to day company operations, new client implementations, customer support, and client account management while aligning objectives with our overall business strategy. They will also assist as a liaison with Operations, Finance, Sales, Product and Technical teams as necessary.QualificationsMust know the basics of Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills, including but not limited to email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Must be a team player, diplomatic and professional when dealing with others.Strong presentation and PowerPoint skillsData Visualization experience with Excel, Tableau, or other tool.Required:• Payments or Financial industry experience• Technical experience and high level of computer knowledge (will work with Postman, JSON, AI, etc.)• Bilingual (English & Spanish)• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 1-3 years in professional experience
