Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: We don't hire temps-we hire teammates What You'll Do as a Production Operator:Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency Record production data and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns Assist with line changeovers, material handling, and basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and knowledge Skills and ExperienceWhat You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus) Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking Ability to read and follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as required Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmen Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery BenefitsDon't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
