CNA|CNATryfacta is seeking a CNA for our client in Belen, NM 87002. This is a 16 weeks assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Job Title: CNA|CNA Location: Belen, NM 87002 Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Shift: 5:00 PM 5:30 AM Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Hours: 36 hours/week Pay rate: $20.00/hrKey Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilityMonitor and document vital signs and patient conditionsProvide support to nursing staff with routine and urgent patient care tasksEnsure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene at all timesRespond promptly to call lights and patient needsMaintain accurate and timely documentationRequirements:Active CNA CertificationExperience in LTC/SNF/Rehab or hospital settings preferredAbility to work 12.5-hour night shiftsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, patient-focused approachHLT123 Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
