Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of Good Feels products, including beverage enhancers and tinctures. This role involves operating specialized equipment, managing THC distillate concentrate, performing quality checks, and maintaining inventory. The Production Technician will also adhere to safety protocols and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation & Setup: Assist in the preparation of bottles and materials for Good Feels products, including beverage enhancers, tinctures, and seltzers.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate tincture filler and bottling equipment under supervision.
Product Handling: Work with THC distillate concentrate and prepare bulk batches of product according to established guidelines.
Inventory Management: Use METRC to monitor and verify product counts, and assist in maintaining inventory levels of materials and supplies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
Data Recording: Accurately record production and quality data, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying and troubleshooting production issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and support overall cleanliness of the production area.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Professional Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must pass a background check requirement.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Previous experience in food and / or beverage handling is preferred.
Familiarity with METRC or similar inventory management systems is advantageous.
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Adherence to safety standards and protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

8 hour shift
