Our commitment to quality and customer service drives everything we do.Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Division Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role focuses on meeting sales and profit objectives through proactive account management, estimating, and contract negotiations.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild, maintain, and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.New Business DevelopmentIdentify, develop, and generate new business opportunities. Prepare project estimates, obtain bid bonds as required, and negotiate contracts.Repair & Service QuotingEvaluate incoming repair requests, prioritize appropriately, and deliver accurate quotes in a timely manner.Preventive Maintenance SalesDevelop and present preventive maintenance proposals tailored to customer needs.Industry & Product KnowledgeStay current with vendor equipment updates, product enhancements, and industry trends.Project Review ParticipationParticipate in post-project reviews and postmortems as requested to support continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience:5 years of relevant industry experience preferredLicenses:Valid Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements:Ability to move throughout office and construction environmentsOccasional outdoor workAbility to climb and use a ladder as needed
