Supports office ordering and invoicing as needed or requested. Helps maintain warehouse stocking levels, inventory management and general upkeep. Vendor and customer support. Supports staff when warehouse manager is not availableEssential Duties Reviews Purchasing email inbox for parts request for Service tickets and Install Jobs, with review of Job queue for Install and SAFE orders to best determine method of fulfillment; utilizing warehouse stock or creating and submitting purchase orders for items not in stock or not regularly stocked in the warehousePulls items from stock and stages in proper staging area dependent on request/Job schedule, Reviewing job pallets or parts request for items needing to be ordered; working with Advisors, Area Foremen, Coordination staff and researching where to best purchase items from for price and quickest availabilityStock and Expense part ordering; checking stock levels of parts needing to be ordered, verifying validity of Min/Max stocking levels, creating and submitting purchase orders, tracking status of fulfillment from vendors. Will Call invoicing and ordering as needed or requested by accountingPerforming cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy of on hand stock and proper stocking levels; reviewing parts to ensure they can be used before their warranty period has passedProcessing returns for items from stock that have or are getting ready to expire, items ordered for jobs that were not used, not needed, miss-ordered, damaged or not in proper working condition; working with vendors and techs to ensure proper returns are processed and RMA's obtainedMaintain 5S procedures and upkeep of warehouse; sweeping, general cleaning and assisting with stock location and put away of stock and material ordered for jobs/service ticketsSupporting other areas/positions in warehouse as needed; receiving, driving, service, etc...Knowledge and Skills Basic computer knowledge and understanding.Will need to pass a forklift certification class and on hand testing .MS office; Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint knowledgeExceptional customer service skills.Documentation skillsOrganizationSupply ManagementVerbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and participate as an active team memberAbility to learn at a fast paceQuality ControlEducation and Experience High school Diploma, required2 -3 years experience warehousing and logistics (or equivalent with inventory management)Working EnvironmentPhysical requirements; standing, sitting, bending and lifting, need to be able to lift and carry 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds), Long periods looking at a computer screen.
