Our new office in Alexandria, VA, is a flexible and collaborative space designed to scale with our team and our goals in the U.S. market.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Technical Service Specialist who is hands-on, technically driven, and motivated to help build service operations from the ground up. In this role, you'll provide remote and on-site technical service support, helping customers diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair our instruments.This is a full-time, primarily onsite role based in Alexandria, VA, with occasional regional travel.Paid Training in Spain: To prepare you for success, you’ll participate in a fully paid, three-week training program at our European headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.
