Electrical Project Manager

Eldeco is currently searching for an Electrical Project Manager. The rates of pay listed are based on market information. Pay will be based on years of experience, size of projects managed and licenses or certifications. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects on Electrical Projects from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous professional experience with design build electrical contractor, construction management or other related fields Familiarity with various construction management softwares Must be an effective leader Deadline and detail- oriented Eldeco Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
