We’re looking for a Windows Kernel Driver Engineer to build and debug high‑quality kernel‑mode and user‑mode drivers and system services at the hardware / firmware / OS boundary.What you’ll doDevelop and debug Windows drivers (WDM/KMDF) and system servicesDiagnose complex issues using kernel debugging and crash dumpsDrive quality, validation, and release readiness (HLK, signing)Add telemetry and diagnostics for fast, remote issue resolutionCollaborate with hardware, firmware, IHVs, and Windows teamsWhat we’re looking forStrong experience in Windows kernel-mode drivers (KMDF/WDM)Hands-on WinDbg debugging and crash dump analysisGood understanding of IRP handling (1/0, PnP, Power)Experience with power management (S0-S5, DO-D3 transitions)Exposure to hardware interaction (12C/SPI/PCle/USB) and device bring-upStrong C/C++ coding skills (must be able to implement and debug code)Experience with HLK/HCK, driver validation, and release workflowsFamiliarity with system-level debugging across HW/FW/Driver layersNice to have: Automation / telemetry / diagnostics experience
