Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Platform Engineering
*Position Summary* The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives execution, governance, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Services, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, and Application Development. Serving as a force multiplier for technology leadership, this individual contributor manages large-scale programs, cross-functional dependencies, and executive communications without direct authority. Key focus areas include Secure by Design initiatives, infrastructure modernization, cyber resilience, platform engineering roadmaps, and organizational readiness for AI-enabled technologies and cybersecurity risks.

*Key Responsibilities*
* *Program Leadership & Delivery:* Manage complex technology programs from initiation through operation. Develop integrated plans, roadmaps, and governance mechanisms; resolve risks and blockers; and drive accountability across matrixed teams.
* *Platform Engineering & Infrastructure:* Coordinate strategic initiatives covering enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, OS (Windows/Linux), identity, networking, automation, and observability platforms. Align engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
* *Secure by Design Support:* Drive implementation of Secure by Design across engineering and infrastructure domains. Track threat modeling, security scanning, platform hardening, SSDLC, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, exposure reduction, and cyber risk remediation.
* *AI Security & Emerging Tech:* Coordinate AI governance, adoption, and risk management initiatives. Support organizational readiness for AI-enabled software development and mitigate emerging cyber threats.
* *Executive Communications:* Develop executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and governance materials. Translate complex technical topics into business-oriented updates for steering committees and senior leadership.
*Required Qualifications*
* *Program Management:* 8+ years leading large-scale technology programs; 5+ years supporting infrastructure, platform, cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, or enterprise technology organizations. Proven ability to drive execution in matrixed environments.
* *Technical Knowledge (Working Knowledge):*
* Enterprise infrastructure, data center operations, Windows & Linux environments, virtualization
* Cloud computing, container orchestration, enterprise networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM)
* Infrastructure automation/configuration management, monitoring & observability
* SDLC, CI/CD concepts, and engineering workflows
* *Security Knowledge (Working Knowledge):*
* Secure by Design principles, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
* Threat modeling, vulnerability & exposure management, DevSecOps
* Platform hardening, Zero Trust principles, identity & supply chain security
* Security governance and risk management processes
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience supporting cybersecurity transformations, infrastructure modernizations, or enterprise-wide Secure by Design initiatives.
* Experience with AI governance/risk management, DevSecOps implementations, and geographically distributed teams.
* Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Secure by Design practices, and risk management frameworks.
* Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.

Pay: $60.00 per hour
