Electrical Project Manager
We're seeking an Electrical Project Manager skilled in planning, manpower forecasting, and budget management to collaborate directly with clients and ensure top-tier safety and quality compliance. Your expertise will drive project success, timely completion, and adherence to industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in project hand-off with pre-construction teamPrepare and track project deliverables, including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules, and project close-out documentsDevelop and maintain project schedulesEstablish and manage project budgets to ensure consistent, successful financial outcomesEffectively manage construction activities including coordination, layout, manpower allocation, and conflict resolutionPerform detailed itemized take-offsCreate, manage, and negotiate project scope change proposalsCreate, manage, and track RFIsEnsure compliance and adherence to all company policies, including safety and productivity guidelinesCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to ensure all project goals are metLocation & TravelBased in Justin, TX office, Monday–Friday when not on-siteUp to 50% travel to project sites throughout the USRequirements2+ years managing projects in the electrical construction industryExtensive experience with materials and equipment used in commercial electrical projectsPrevious field experience in the electrical construction tradeAbility to travel to project sites at various locations nationwideIntermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in MS OfficeProficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management softwareStrong track record collaborating with customers, vendors, and partners to resolve project issuesValid driver's license; must pass criminal background checkPreferredPrevious Journeyman or Masters LicenseExperience managing remodels or retrofits for big-box retail clientsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary + bonus: $110,000–$150,000 total annual compensationFull Medical, Dental, 401(k), vehicle allowancePaid Time Off (PTO)
