Join 2 other Pediatricians in in and outpatient practice;compensation - $200,000 base; $130,000 from Pediatric Group (outpatient) and $70,000 from hospital for nursery and support c-sections; 1:3 call coverage.Sign-on bonus: $15,000Loan forgiveness: up to $25,000 per yearRelocation: up to $7,500 reimbursementCall will be 1:3 weekday and 1:3 weekendsBenefits: physician is eligible for Hospital health insurance (medical, Rx, dental and vision); physician eligible for life, LTD, SIMPLE IRA, 3 weeks vacation, 1 week CME from practice; and business partnership available after 2 years from practice (details to be discussed at interview).The hospital currently delivers 550 newborns per year. The Pediatric physician is responsible for nursery coverage per the on-call schedule. The Pediatric physician on call must also attend deliveries when requested to do so by the OB/GYN attending.The hospital also has a 4 bed Pediatric unit that is available for admissions as determined by Pediatric physician. Nearby children?s hospital is available to service the pediatric needs of those children whose illness is not appropriate for our level of care. The Pediatric physician determines if an ill child should be transferred or directly admitted to the Children?s Hospital.Pediatric physicians are expected to attend medical staff department meetings, serve on medical staff committees as requested.
