Depending on Experience Compensation: $30.00-$32.00 Industry: Industrial Process Components Company/Position Summary: Our client is a small, family-owned precision manufacturing firm specializing in fluid process components looking to skilled Manual/CNC Machinist to join our team. This role combines hands-on work with manual mills, lathes, and presses along with the ability to set up and run CNC mills and lathes. You'll work on custom parts, tooling, and fixtures while ensuring high-quality production in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.Responsibilities:Setup and operate CNC and manual mills/lathesReview and edit G-code programs for accuracyMachine and repair tooling, fixtures, and custom partsPerform grinding, deburring, and finishing workInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMaintain a clean and safe shop under 5S standardsQualifications:5+ years of experience in CNC and manual machiningSkilled in setup, operation, and basic G-code editsStrong knowledge of feeds, speeds, and workholdingAble to read blueprints and use precision inspection toolsDependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
