Tire Technician

Job Description Responsibilities:Install, repair, balance, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.Mount and dismount tires using proper equipment and techniques.Perform tire repairs, including patching punctures and fixing leaks.Operate tire changers, wheel balancers, power tools, and jacks safely and efficiently.Inspect tires for wear, damage, and other safety concerns, and communicate findings to customers or team members.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company and industry safety protocols.Provide occasional roadside assistance when needed.Assist with basic customer service tasks as required.Requirements:Ability to self-motivate and work independently.Strong customer service and communication skills.
