This role oversees multiple projects spanning data centers, cloud transformation, networks, security, and enterprise platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure programs across multiple domains (cloud, network, compute, storage, workplace, etc.)Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomesEstablish and enforce governance frameworks, program management standards, and best practicesDrive program reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder alignmentDefine and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goalsLead digital transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, hybrid cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernizationIdentify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and service improvementAct as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and senior leadershipBuild strong relationships with executives and influence decision-makingPresent regular updates on program status, risks, and achievementsOwn and manage large program budgets (CapEx and OpEx)Ensure cost efficiency and ROI realization across infrastructure investmentsTrack financial performance and optimizing resource allocationIdentify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standardsDrive business continuity and disaster recovery preparednessManage strategic vendor relationships and contractsOversee outsourcing partners and service providersEnsure SLAs and KPIs are metLead cross-functional teams of program managers, project managers, and technical leadsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performanceRequired SkillsPMP (Project Management Professional)Data centers and hybrid infrastructureITIL or similar frameworksKnowledge on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Preferred SkillsExposure to hybrid cloud environmentsVendor management expertiseExperience in Infrastructure reliability and performance improvements
