This position plays an important role in ensuring our residents have access to properly stocked nourishment rooms and that dishware is promptly put away following meal service.Primary Responsibilities:* Put away clean dishes after breakfast and lunch service* Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches daily* Stock nourishment rooms with juices, snacks, sandwiches, and other approved items* Monitor nourishment areas to ensure cleanliness and organization* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times* Communicate with dietary leadership regarding inventory needsQualifications:* Ability to work independently and stay on task* Reliable and punctual* Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices preferred* Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed* Team-oriented attitude
