Responsibilities include conducting high-tech visual examinations, diagnosing and managing a range of eye conditions, performing contact lens fittings, and co-managing pre- and post-operative LASIK care. The Optometrist will collaborate with local physicians and ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive patient care and create tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs. This role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.QualificationsLicensed Optometrist with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degreeExpertise in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing common and complex eye conditionsLASIK co-management and contact lens fittings, including specialty lensesStrong patient care and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with medical professionals, including ophthalmologists and other healthcare providersCommitment to staying current with advancements in optometry and eye care technologyFamiliarity with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools in an optometric settingStrong organizational and time-management skillsProviding tailored vision care solutions is a plus
