Check out our website to discover the Tenneco Way.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Project Manager to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and cross-functional integration across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Operations.This role supports a strategic agenda centered on:End-to-end process optimizationCost-per-transaction reductionWorking capital improvement (AP, AR, Inventory integration)Governance strengthening and performance transparencyCross-functional operating model alignmentThe role requires strong business transformation leadership within a manufacturing environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report processesConduct current-state assessments and define future-state operating modelsDrive structured problem-solving across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and OperationsFacilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignmentEstablish governance cadence, KPIs, and measurable benefit realizationDeliver initiatives from diagnostic through implementationThis role requires hands-on ownership and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-workstream environments.JOB REQUIREMENTSHave 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operations improvement, or consultingBring manufacturing industry experienceHave led complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial and operational impactDemonstrate strong exposure to transactional finance and supply chain integrationAre comfortable structuring ambiguity and driving initiatives with limited oversightCommunicate effectively with senior stakeholdersPreferredAutomotive industry experienceDetroit-based or willing to relocateBackground in manufacturing-focused consulting or large industrial organizationsExperience delivering working capital improvement, cost optimization, or operating model redesign initiativesWe don't want average.
