The region is also home to excellent public and private school systems, along with numerous community colleges and universities.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $255,000 to $310,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
