Job Description Join Our Nephrology TeamOur organization is on the lookout for a Board-certified or eligible Nephrologist to become a part of our vibrant and collaborative team of ten specialists in the field.About the RoleThis position is entirely focused on Nephrology, providing a unique chance to engage in Academic Nephrology while caring for a diverse patient population. The selected candidate will hold a clinical faculty position and will be involved in general nephrology across various environments, including:In-patient consultationsOut-patient hemodialysisGeneral Nephrology clinicPeritoneal dialysis clinicSpecialty clinicAdditionally, the candidate will have the chance to receive training in Therapeutic Apheresis techniques and assist in the care of patients requiring Apheresis. Opportunities for scholarly engagement, such as teaching medical students, residents, and nephrology fellows, as well as conducting clinical research, will also be available.Academic and Community EngagementFaculty members in the Department of Medicine are encouraged to pursue academic interests through teaching and research, while also providing care to underserved populations via our collaborations with local health systems and clinics in the Inland Empire and Micronesia. We invite applicants to discuss their interests in these areas during the recruitment process.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $265,000 to $295,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation policies.
