Occupational Therapist
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Vera Path Therapy — Lutz, FL
Vera Path Therapy is a sensory-friendly, trauma-informed pediatric clinic serving neurodivergent children and their families. We are intentionally building a calm, well-regulated environment where therapy is relationship-centered, collaborative, and never production-driven.
We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (full-time or part-time) who wants to do meaningful work in a thoughtful setting and help shape a growing clinic.
About the Founders
Vera Path was founded by two local moms of neurodivergent children who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find truly supportive pediatric therapy. One brings a legal background; the other brings 16+ years of small business ownership. Together, they built the clinic they wished existed, regulated, collaborative, and family-centered, for both clients and clinicians.
The Role
You’ll provide pediatric OT services focused on sensory processing, motor development, ADLs, and regulation while working closely with our PT and SLP to deliver cohesive, whole-child care.
This position can be structured part-time (1–3 days/week) or full-time depending on your availability and desired caseload.
As the clinic grows, there is opportunity for clinical leadership and supervision of COTAs for therapists interested in expanding their role.
What You’ll Do
Conduct pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy targeting sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, ADLs, and emotional regulation
Collaborate with PT and SLP for coordinated care
Educate and coach families on carryover strategies
Complete clear, timely documentation for Medicaid and insurance
Contribute to program development as the clinic grows
What Makes This Setting Different
Small caseloads and extended 1:1 session times
Calm, low-stimulation clinic environment
Sensory-rich spa like treatment spaces (swings, regulation rooms, aromatherapy)

Opportunity to grow into leadership as the clinic expands
Supportive, respectful team culture
This is a strong fit for a therapist who values quality care, thoughtful pacing, and real team collaboration.
