Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Vera Path Therapy — Lutz, FL Vera Path Therapy is a sensory-friendly, trauma-informed pediatric clinic serving neurodivergent children and their families. We are intentionally building a calm, well-regulated environment where therapy is relationship-centered, collaborative, and never production-driven. We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (full-time or part-time) who wants to do meaningful work in a thoughtful setting and help shape a growing clinic. About the Founders Vera Path was founded by two local moms of neurodivergent children who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find truly supportive pediatric therapy. One brings a legal background; the other brings 16+ years of small business ownership. Together, they built the clinic they wished existed, regulated, collaborative, and family-centered, for both clients and clinicians. The Role You’ll provide pediatric OT services focused on sensory processing, motor development, ADLs, and regulation while working closely with our PT and SLP to deliver cohesive, whole-child care. This position can be structured part-time (1–3 days/week) or full-time depending on your availability and desired caseload. As the clinic grows, there is opportunity for clinical leadership and supervision of COTAs for therapists interested in expanding their role. What You’ll Do Conduct pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy targeting sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, ADLs, and emotional regulation Collaborate with PT and SLP for coordinated care Educate and coach families on carryover strategies Complete clear, timely documentation for Medicaid and insurance Contribute to program development as the clinic grows What Makes This Setting Different Small caseloads and extended 1:1 session times Calm, low-stimulation clinic environment Sensory-rich spa like treatment spaces (swings, regulation rooms, aromatherapy) Close interdisciplinary collaboration Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow into leadership as the clinic expands Supportive, respectful team culture This is a strong fit for a therapist who values quality care, thoughtful pacing, and real team collaboration. Qualifications Active Florida Occupational Therapy license Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Pediatric experience preferred but not required Interest in sensory integration, trauma informed, and neurodivergent-affirming care Strong communication and collaboration skills Compensation $45–$55 per hour depending on experience In-person role in Lutz, FL (Pasco county) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: Continuing education credits Flexible schedule License/Certification: Florida Occupational Therapy license (Preferred) Work Location: In person
