Restaurant Manager/Day shift Only

Blue Cafe is a high-end breakfast and lunch restaurant located in an affluent neighborhood. Open 6 days from 8am to 3pm, closed Monday. We are looking for hands on manager, a face of our business to oversee daily operation of our floor. You will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, maximizing table turnover and sales per guest. Assisting in greeding customers, hosting, food running, cleaning, etc. We would also consider someone who has an ambition to step-up from the current position as a server to become a restaurant manager Culinary background or coffee knowledge is a plus.
