Hematology/Oncology Physician

Work Dates Needed: ASAP through 4/30/2027Preferred Schedule: 7:30-4:40 Monday- Friday with Patients scheduled 8 am to 3:30 PM. Weeknight call included, M/THWorksite Setting: Clinic and HospitalScope of Work: Clinic and call. Hematology/Oncology Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC: requires BOTH medical ONC and Hem unless you have completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship. If so, they are only required to be boarded in one or the other. Active KY license or compact in hand, BLS/ACLS, DEA. Epic experience EMR: EPICPatients Volume: 15-18 per day for full time employed physiciansTime template: 45 new/ follow up: 15 minutesChemo Support: Yes (infusion center on site)Will Locums be sole provider: noIs there other support start for Locums: (if so what) NP dailyWhat percentage of Hem vs Onc? Locums will see primary oncology patientsShifts/ Days/Hours weekly: M-F day shift with rotating night call Monday- ThursdayNight call is offsite.when on call would be required to round in the hospital each AM or PMClinic and hospital are in one buildingCall: Phone triage- appts can be seen the following day (does not return onsite after hours) less than 5 calls per nightWill Locums do admits/consults: yes- during rounding when on call week.Notes:Clinic hours 7:30-4:40 Monday- Friday with Patients scheduled 8 am to 3:30 PMCall when applicable will be Monday through Thursday.Weekend coverage is not needed currently.
