Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) SpecialistLocation: Taylor, TX & Pflugerville, TX (Fully Onsite)We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a dynamic, high-risk production environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable working onsite and performing regular in-fab safety walks at client facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain EHS programs within semiconductor manufacturing environmentsConduct routine in-fab safety walks and auditsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulationsImplement and support safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001)Partner with operations and leadership to promote a strong safety cultureIdentify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazardsQualificationsBachelor's degree required5–12 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety rolesMinimum 5 years of experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing environmentsProven experience in high-risk environments (manufacturing, construction, or consulting)Strong knowledge of safety management systems (ISO 45001 preferred)Advanced certifications such as CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH Diploma highly preferredStrong tenure and demonstrated career progressionAdditional RequirementsMust be able to pass a drug screening and background checkFully onsite role; must be comfortable commuting to Taylor, TX and Pflugerville, TXAbility to perform regular in-fab walkthroughs in active manufacturing environmentsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation aligned with 5–12 years of experienceMonthly gas stipendOpportunity to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing operationsIf you are a proactive safety professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
