We also offer extensive support to foster families and the children in their care through relationships, coaching, serving, and giving.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensing Specialist located in Tampa, FL. The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to licensing foster homes. This includes recruiting, training, and supporting prospective foster families, conducting licensing studies, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, providing excellent customer service to potential and current foster families, and participating in community outreach programs.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Research skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of child welfare policies and procedures is a plusExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is preferred
