Contract Program Lead

Job Overview JTS is seeking a senior-level Program Lead to oversee the design, delivery, staffing, and quality performance of a portfolio of Army leadership programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground. This role manages facilitators and coaches, oversees curriculum build and delivery, and serves as primary interface to the Government. Responsibilities: Oversee design, development, and delivery of nine APG leadership programs. Lead facilitator/instructor staff, executive coaches, and curriculum efforts, ensuring coordinated delivery across all programs Remain available for ongoing discussions with APG on emerging training needs, including organizational development work, new curriculum design, and redesign of existing curricula Develop and maintain the program's Quality Control Plan, including submission to the Contracting Officer/COR and management of any subsequent revisions Ensure all materials meet Government standards and are APG-branded Attend post-award and recurring progress meetings with COR/KO Manage quality control and reporting requirements (CMR, etc.) Ensure full compliance with PWS performance standards Maintain working familiarity with adult-learning and experiential facilitation methods (e.g., Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle) to effectively guide and evaluate facilitator teams Qualifications: Bachelor's in Education/OD/Social Sciences (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience. 5+ years facilitation in government/DoD or large enterprise leadership programs. Demonstrated experiential learning (e.g., Kolb) and cohort-based delivery mastery. MS Teams proficiency; able to adapt to varied learner populations. Preferred: Prior senior federal/military leadership experience (GS-14+ equiv.) Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Education/OD/Social Sciences or equivalent; Master's preferred. 10+ years leading complex training/OD programs for federal clients. Prior senior-level federal experience (GS-14/equivalent or above preferred).
