You'll manage inbound leads, coordinate service fulfillment, support client relationships, and ensure every job is handled from booking to completion — all from your phone or computer. This is a performance-based opportunity where your income grows directly with your output and the revenue you help generate.How You Get Paid This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base pay, no salary, and no guaranteed hours. You are an independent 1099 contractor — your income is entirely determined by your performance and the volume of work you drive. The more you produce, the more you earn. There is no cap. Residential commissionUp to 14%Per job closed — tiered by job value Commercial CommissionUp to 14%Per job closed — tiered by job value Weekly volume bonusUp to $100Based on total jobs completed that week Recurring contract bonus$50 + $25/mo.Per new contract signed + $75 renewal bonus Performance acceleratorHit $5,000 or more in weekly regional revenue and earn an additional +2% on every single job you closed that week — applied retroactively across the full window. What You'll Do•     Manage inbound leads and client inquiries across your assigned regions within SLA guidelines•     Coordinate job assignments, scheduling, and service fulfillment using BookingKoala and our CRM•     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your regions — handling questions, updates, and escalations professionally•     Support the closing and onboarding of new residential and commercial service accounts•     Upsell and cross-sell additional services during client interactions to maximize job value•     Log all lead activity, job details, and client communications accurately in our CRM — no exceptions•     Monitor job progress and ensure field technicians are dispatched on time and performing to standard•     Escalate unresolved issues to your Lead Generalist Supervisor as needed•     Select your own shift blocks through our scheduling app — work when you want, as much as you wantWhat We're Looking For You need✓  Hunger and self-motivation — you thrive without micromanagement✓  Strong communication skills for daily client and technician coordination✓  Organizational discipline — CRM logging and job tracking are non-negotiable✓  Ability to manage multiple jobs and clients across two regions simultaneously✓  Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace You don't need— A degree— Prior industry experience— A set schedule— Years of sales or operations experiencePrior experience in sales, customer service, operations, call centers, or field services is a plus — but we provide full training from day one.
