ResponsibilitiesAssist the advisor in all aspects of program developmentAttend all practices and paradesTeach drumline fundamentals, techniques, and performance skills for all aspects of paradesWork with the Marching Band Instructor to understand, refine, and help teach drill to the bandHelp maintain drumline equipmentKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPercussion and Drumline performance and experienceUnderstanding of traditional and contemporary parade style and aestheticsKnowledge of percussion techniques, music theory, and ensemble coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skills
