They are looking for a seasoned litigator who specializes in high-stakes plaintiff medical malpractice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex medical negligence files from intake through to verdict or significant settlement.Key Requirements5–10 years of heavy plaintiff-side litigation experience.A primary focus on medical malpractice (birth injuries, surgical errors, failure to diagnose, etc.).Must have significant "first or second chair" trial experience with a demonstrable history of successful recoveries and high-value settlements.Ability to parse complex medical records, collaborate with expert witnesses, and navigate the technical intricacies of Illinois medical malpractice law.Exceptional deposition, briefing, and oral advocacy skills.
