Mobile MDS Coordinator

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a nationwide Senior Living Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Mobile MDS Coordinator opportunity. Candidates should have strong and recent MDS experience, able to travel and perhaps infrequent overnights. Initial responsibilities are to cover any open MDS positions and then, compliance and audit support for the facilities in the area and occasional support in Charlotte is a possibility.Location: Raleigh, NCThe Mobile MDS Nurse (Registered Nurse) is responsible for coordinating the MDS functions within multiple facilities. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Coordinate and implement the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in relation to all federal, state, and facility guidelines.Schedule and complete the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for residents.Be an active part of the interdisciplinary teamDevelop, review, and revise the comprehensive person-centered plan of care.Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
