Associate Specialist - Supply Ops

The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver who can analyze our current supply network and support our business intelligence and reporting efforts. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain dashboards that help the organization monitor key metrics and make data-driven decisions.Primary Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain trends at approximately 350 terminals and manage customer level allocations while communicating with internal stakeholders.Act as a conduit between key organizational partners in Scheduling, Pricing, Transportation, and Sales to translate business requirements into effective data visualizationsSupport data preparation and validation, ensuring data accuracy before visualizationStrong Data Mining skills including Data Cleaning, Data Preparation and Data VisualizationUtilize general purpose programming languages (e.g. Python, R, etc.) to create automate processes and create visualizations for end usersProficiency with dashboarding tools such as Streamlit, Shiny, etcTroubleshoot dashboard issues, assist with performance tuning, and help ensure visualizations are user-friendly and reliableDocument dashboard logic, data sources, and design choices to support future enhancements and maintenanceUnderstand supply chain and logistics operationsRequirements:Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
