This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. The Electrical Helper plays a key role in job site preparation, material handling, and assisting with electrical assemblies under supervision.Overall ResponsibilitiesAssist electricians with the installation of electrical components, conduit, wiring, and equipment under direct supervisionPrepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment prior to installation activitiesPull wire, mount equipment, and support electrical rough-in and finish work as directedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sitesFollow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all timesLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sitesSupport troubleshooting and corrective work as instructed by licensed electricians or supervisorsAccurately follow verbal and written instructions, including basic electrical plans or diagramsAssist with inspections by ensuring work areas are accessible and compliantRepresent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners, inspectors, and team membersQualificationsInterest in learning the electrical trade and pursuing career advancementAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical laborBasic understanding of hand and power tools, or willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or rooftops when requiredStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to follow directionValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferredPrevious construction, electrical, or solar experience is a plus but not requiredWhat We ProvideHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance offeredCompany Truck and Gas Cards (for select positions)Competitive compensation and opportunities for growthSupportive team environment focused on safety and qualityLegal DisclaimerSpartanX is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
