Procurement Analyst

This role is Hybrid 3 days onsite.This role is Temp to Perm.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze spend data across business lines to identify cost-saving opportunities and sourcing efficienciesSupport end-to-end procurement processes: RFPs/RFQs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboardingMaintain and monitor vendor performance scorecards, SLAs, and contract compliancePartner with Legal and Compliance on third-party risk assessments, due diligence, and regulatory requirements (e.g., outsourcing regulations, data security standards)Manage procurement systems and databases (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP) to ensure accurate records of contracts, POs, and vendor informationPrepare reports and dashboards on spend trends, savings targets, and category performance for senior stakeholdersSupport category management strategies (IT, market data, professional services, travel, facilities)Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis related to procurement spendEnsure adherence to internal procurement policies and external regulatory frameworksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field1–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or financial analysis (financial services experience a plus)Strong Excel skills; familiarity with procurement/ERP platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) preferredAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret spend and performance dataExcellent communication and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of contract terms, risk management, and vendor due diligence processesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders under deadlinesPreferred SkillsKnowledge of third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworksExposure to regulatory requirements relevant to financial institutions (e.g., outsourcing guidelines, data privacy)Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)CIPS or similar procurement certification (or working toward one)
