Program Supervisor – Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) Location: Waukesha County, WIJob Type: Full-Time | Benefits EligibleSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (flexibility required)Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead our Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) team in Waukesha County.CLTS is a federally funded Medicaid program supporting children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities. This role provides clinical and operational leadership for a team of Care Coordinators while maintaining regular contact with children and families served.Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Care CoordinatorsEnsure quality service delivery and compliance with CLTS, Medicaid, licensing, and contract requirementsMonitor documentation, outcomes, and productivity standardsConduct case reviews, case consultation, and provide direct service coverage as neededOversee staff training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and accountabilityPartner with Human Capital on hiring, onboarding, and staff developmentSupport billing, financial oversight, and program budget managementBuild and maintain relationships with families, community partners, and fundersParticipate in program growth, marketing, and community outreach effortsQualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in Human Services or closely related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or familiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferredSupervisory experienceExperience with the Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) Waiver ProgramCompensation & Benefits Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employerMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off + 10 paid holidaysMileage reimbursement403(b) retirement planAnnual wage increases prioritizedEmployee Assistance ProgramService awards and recognitionHybrid role Ability to work 1 day/week from home!Why Join LSS Mission-driven work supporting children and familiesCollaborative, team-based environmentOpportunities to lead, grow, and make a meaningful impactLutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
