Create Wellness Retail Sales Role Founded in 2022, Create Wellness is redefining creatine for the modern consumer — starting with a first-of-its-kind creatine gummy and scaling rapidly into a high-growth, profitable business across eCommerce and retail. Creatine is not a niche bodybuilding supplement; it's a foundational wellness product, and Create is building to own the category.Reporting into the SVP of Retail Sales, you will partner closely with senior leadership, brokers, and cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and planning. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with direct ownership of some of Create's most important retail relationships.What You'll Do:Full ownership of the Target business end-to-end, including buyer relationships, line reviews, forecasting, promotional planning, trade management, and customer P&LDevelopment and execution of omni-channel strategy across in-store and Target.com to drive total account performanceBroker leadership, ensuring best-in-class execution while maintaining direct ownership of the relationship and strategyBuilding and delivering compelling, data-driven business reviews to Target buyersCross-functional partnership with shopper marketing to develop and execute activation plans that drive velocity both in-store and onlineStructured account planning including volume forecasting, promotional ROI, and distribution expansion strategyActing as a core commercial leader, partnering directly with the SVP of Retail and contributing to overall retail strategy
