Mainframe Developer

One of our leading client is looking for Mainframe Developer in Jacksonville FLKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement new and existing business applications.Provide round-the-clock production support and troubleshoot Mainframe systems to ensure high availability and reliability.Develop interfaces and reports to support business operations.Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing.Review, modify, and debug existing programs to improve performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.Required Qualifications5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in:Experience in providing 24/7/365 production support for critical systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with job scheduling tools like IWS.Familiarity with debugging and file management tools.Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.J-18808-Ljbffr
