Manufacturing Supervisor/Shift Lead

RoleAs a Manufacturing Supervisor/Shift Lead (also known as Production Supervisor, Shift Manager), you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of manufacturing employees, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, training and mentoring team members, and coordinating with other departments to optimize production processes.
