Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for driving profitability, maintaining schedules and budgets, managing project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completionOversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project financialsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsLead project teams and mentor Project Engineers, Coordinators, and APMsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standardsHandle invoicing, collections, reporting, and project closeout proceduresQualifications:5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredStrong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skillsExperience with project scheduling, estimating, and contract managementProficiency in MS Office and construction management softwareHealthcare and Job Order Contracting experience is a plusBEAR Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
