The ideal candidate is professional, fun, energetic, loving and nurturing towards children. Our candidate also has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator and can motivate and inspire children in a positive, nurturing way. Salary based on education and experience. Hours are 8:30 am- 5:30 pm with a one hour break. Submit resume for consideration. Desired Qualifications: Preschool certified -90 hour (minimum) ADA, Health & Safety Prior classroom experience Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational abilities Strong class management skills Job Requirements: Assist with activities in accordance with curriculum objectives Background Check Daily communication with parents and co-teachers High level of flexibility and willingness to work all shifts Comply with all local and state regulations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: 90 hour certificate and credentialed at a level 4 or higher (Required) Work Location: In person
