Youll partner closely with data, finance, product, and engineering teams to ensure our data ecosystem is scalable, reliable, secure, and well-structured.This role is ideal for a senior technologist who blends systems integration expertise with strong data architecture judgment. This is a full-time in-office position at our headquarters in Sandy Utah. Hybrid work is an option for the right candidate.Your Impact:Integration & Data ArchitectureArchitect and deliver enterprise-grade integrations using iPaaS platforms, middleware, APIs, and event-driven patternsDesign and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data flows that support operational and analytics use casesDefine and enforce integration and data architecture standards, patterns, and best practicesEnsure reliability, observability, security, and scalability across all integration and data workflowsData Modeling & GovernanceDesign enterprise data models, schemas, and documentation to support BI, reporting, and downstream analyticsEstablish data standards, naming conventions, governance policies, and quality validation across integrated systemsArchitect data warehouse and lakehouse structures aligned to integration outputs and analytics needsLead architecture reviews for new systems, vendors, and integrationsLeadership & CollaborationPartner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into integration and data architecture solutionsServe as a technical mentor and escalation point for engineersEvaluate and drive adoption of new integration, data, and platform technologiesMaintain clear documentation of architectures, data flows, and operational runbooksWho You Are:6+ years of experience in integrations, data engineering, or data architecture, including 2+ years in a senior or lead roleStrong experience with iPaaS and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Services)Proven expertise designing data warehouses or lakehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift)Strong communicator able to explain complex integration and data concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at resolving data and integration challengesExperience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated environments preferredYour Toolkit:SQL and advanced data modeling (relational, dimensional, NoSQL)ETL/ELT tools and frameworks (dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, Talend)APIs, event streaming, and messaging (REST/SOAP, Kafka, EventBridge)Cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCPProgramming/scripting (Python, Java, Node.js)CI/CD, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Data governance, cataloging, and metadata tools (e.g., Alation, Collibra)Security and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)Familiarity with MDM concepts and toolsRelevant certifications a plusBenefits:Core Benefits- Medical with HSA and FSA options, dental, and vision.Preparing for Your Future - 401(k) with a generous company match, access to a personal financial planner, and unique investment options.Great Team Culture - Team members consistently rave about having great colleagues.Time Off - We value family, giving back, making a positive impact in society, and creating time to enjoy life.
