Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects. This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville, NC with occasional travel.Electrical Superintendent Compensation & BenefitsSalary plus OT: $50/hr, negotiable higher or lower based on experienceSchedule: Typically 50+ hours per week, but varies from project to projectPer Diem: $150/day if travelingCompany vehicleBackground check, drug screen, and MVR required100% employer paid HealthPTO and 401kElectrical Superintendent Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projectsEnsure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetSupervise electrical crewsInterpret project drawings and specificationsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflowEnsure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.Manage manpower, materials, and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and supporting system testing and commissioning.Electrical Superintendent Qualifications3+ years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.If you are a skilled Electrical Superintendent looking for career growth, apply today!
