Direct Sales RepresentativeATC is seeking a driven, outgoing Direct Sales Representative to grow our residential and business customer base. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers in an assigned territory, promote ATC's core services (internet, voice, mobile, and security), and help expand our footprint through proactive outreach and relationship-building.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy meeting new people, and are motivated by achieving goals, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team.What You'll DoGenerate new sales through outbound outreach to residential and business prospects through door-to-door effortsManage and grow assigned territory by identifying opportunities and building relationshipsDeliver tailored sales presentations based on customer needs and demographicsSubmit accurate orders and maintain up-to-date customer recordsTrack daily activity in various software programs as assigned by managementMonitor competitor offerings and market trendsSell and maintain license requirements for residential security servicesResolve customer concerns with professionalism and follow-throughParticipate in ongoing training to stay current on ATC products and servicesSupport team goals with a positive, collaborative attitudeOccasional overnight travel may be necessary for training or in support of company goalsParticipate in local events as assigned by management during the work week and occasional weekendsAll other duties as assigned**These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent.
