Full-Stack Engineer

About This Role: Work across the entire Avala product surface — from the Flutter web application and annotation tools to the Django API and React marketing sites. You'll ship user-facing features end-to-end, from database schema to polished UI.

What You'll Do: Build features across the Flutter web application (Mission Control) — dataset management, project workflows, annotation tools Implement Django API endpoints and Celery tasks to support new product features Develop and maintain React/Next.js sites (marketing, learning, investor portal) Build SDK features and developer-facing tools (Python SDK, TypeScript SDK, MCP server) Collaborate with design and product to ship polished, accessible user experiences Write tests and maintain code quality across Flutter, Python, and TypeScript codebases

Requirements: 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience Proficiency in at least two of: Flutter/Dart, Python/Django, TypeScript/React Experience building production web applications with modern frameworks Comfort working across frontend and backend boundaries Strong product sense — you care about the end-user experience, not just the code

Nice to Have: Experience with Flutter for web (WASM compilation) Familiarity with BLoC state management or similar reactive patterns Experience building developer tools or SDKs Python Django Flutter Dart TypeScript React
