Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining

Job Summary As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment at our exclusive club & restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient business performance. Responsibilities - Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Create and maintain a positive dining experience for customers - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus and specials Qualifications 1. Must speak fluent English 2. Must have solid 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a restaurant management position 3. Ability to work in a high-energy and physically demanding environment. Involves standing most of the time. Also involves repeated reaching with arms and hands, carrying objects less than 20 lbs and bending and stooping. May include possible lifting and moving objects of 20 lbs or more. 4. Working knowledge of basic training techniques 5. Awareness of local, state and federal health and sanitation laws 6. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, work ethic and integrity 7. Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in managing cash and financial transactions 8. Commitment to quality service, food and beverage knowledge EDUCATION ● Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise gained from time on the job.
